nice easy run
that is the only way to describe this mornings run - nice and easy! Had 40 mins on the program and 40 mins I did. 6.12k and 6.32 avg pace. Very enjoyable.
Except - the blister from yesterday is a bit annoying, and my right tib post is aching and stretching isn't helping. need a massage but don't think it'll happen! argh!

Use the towel technique for stretching and bend the knee. I think it works a bit better that way!
