bugger...
just when I really wanted to go to training I have a fair bit of pain in the right tib post. doh. So i didn't. I don't want to bust anything. I did a fair bit of stretching and some icing last night and it will be fine tomorrow I'm sure.
I also have some awesome news that I will post about properly when I have some more info!!!! can't wipe the grin off my face :)
