Well hope that is the case would be really nice to finish in under 90 minutes which I think is doable I can do the bike leg in 35 minutes (15K) and the run in 24 (4K) so that leaves 30 minutes to swim 500 meters and T1 and T2 so technically it is possible but I'm sure everything will change on Race day.
Don't stress to much it is a relatively easy thing to do. But very hard to do quickly but practice makes perfect. And considering I hadn't changed a tire for probably a good 10 years was a little supprised by how easily I did it in the end.
