a fine line

got up at 5.30 this morning to go for my long run (2hr15) but realised that I am still croaking, and still coughing. so i decided not to do my run. i was worried about getting worse again or about not breathing well.

so - lazy or sensible? i don't know anymore.

i'm going to go INSANE. i've been walking between 4 - 8k each day this week but its not the same :(

You need to work on strengthening your immune system right now. Rest and eat right. Lots of vitamin C and antioxidents!

Get well!!!!

Definitely sensible. A few more days and you'll be right as rain. No point in fighting on and prolonging the recovery. See you this week.

LOL. I must really be sick because the fact that I have done nothing more (since last Sunday) than walked for 10mins on Thursday doesn't bother me at all! Of course the fact that I need to lie down to recover after walking up a flight of stairs might have something to do with it!

Unless of course, you walk faster than 8 minutes/km ;)

Get well soon. Insanity is cureable.

Good call, Ellie.

You've done the work you need to for CC. Enjoy the taper.

See you there!

Cheers,
Ben
