12560th! (equal...)
just got my SMH to check my official time. unfortunately i was wrong about the time deduction (and yes... i read 1.24 not at 84 mins, but as 82m40s...) doh!!!
official time is now 84m32s. which really is still fine - but i missed the 84 minute mark! bummer. but doesn't change the fact that i had a great day. and i have every intention of smashing that time next year :)
Back to sweat for training today, just an easy one - we did strides/drills and then had the choice of an easy loop around the park or doing 800m reps. although i was seriously thinking about it for a minute (nah not really) i chose not to do the 800's! think i needed an easy get-back-into-it day anyway. finished with around 7km but not sure cause freddy's battery ran out.
i had a great run chatting with sweat buddy Deanne who is a top runner and told me her running story. i'm inspired! what a lady!

Good to see you're back into it already with no niggles/troubles. Keep the motivation up for blackmores
It was sooo nice this morning to have a easy session! I agree Deanne is one special person... I just love her!!!
Congrats on finishing equal 12560th! I have a sneaking suspicion you may have beaten those equal with you by a few 100ths of a second though.
