sneaky

kerry and i were a bit sneaky this morning. sean had programmed us for 3 x 1600's which would be 4 laps. no worries. we were all set. then after 2 laps of the first rep he told us 'good work, one lap to go'. the moral dilemna of whether to do just one more or two more kept us occupied for a millisecond before we went 'sweet - 3 laps it is'!!! in our defence i did confirm with sean in the first recovery that he was happy for us to do 1200's...

in any event i don't think that it was meant to be a hardcore session. Sean even told us to keep it pretty easy at one point. sweet!

warm up including run to and from the oval, some laps of the oval and strides/drills was 3.2km, cool down was 1.2km. The reps were 5.59, 5.46 and 5.51 which I was pretty happy with. All up 8km.

Those are great times for 1200s, well done. I think you'll be a long way ahead of me when I eventually come back.

That moral dilemma must have been crushing. Didn't slow your times down though.

Very sneaky.
