went for a walk around the bay today with a couple of mates. v low key - although i think we giggled the entire way round. and checked out all the cute running boys :) all good. i had planned to run before i met them but when i woke up i was coughing again so thought i'd take it easy. another perfect day.

Go along to SWEAT; it will be fun, I promise. They'll all look after you. I doubt you'd be at the back as there's quite a lot of people now. Either that or follow the half marathon programme you found. Anyway I'll chat to you during the week.
