blahhhh
that's how i feel this morning. i got up to go to training but then just didn't. i feel shit which is why I didn't go, but because I didn't go - i still feel crap. Should have gone. i know that when i am down in the dumps running makes me feel better, but then - i've never been one to do what i know is good for me.
anyways i walked in to work and will do a spin class after work to make up for it.
EDIT - stuff it - no I'm not - I'm going to go to the pub instead. Anyone wanna come?

ah ... good to see the first few blah posting after C2S. It's a good way to feel Ellie (although I hope you're not genuinely sick/ill/coming down with a lurgy etc... that also happens after C2S each year).
Have yourself a rest mate. A couple of days doing nothing will do you the world of good for Blackmores. And provided you recognise it as scheduled rest, then you won't feel guilty (and get the blahs) about not doing anything :)
Miners speaks words of wisdom and it's quite alright to have a day off now and then. You've been training really hard so it will probably do you good.
Good to see you are blah Ellie. For I have not pulled on the shoes since Sunday. How bad am I ? At least you have been out there. I SHOULD run tonight but, well um ...
Opps. If I'd known the contest was between spin & a drink, I would have suggested a drink earlier ;-)
Don't be hard on yourself. You've been training really hard lately and it's only natural to go through phases where you feel strong & spring out of bed and others when you don't. Sounds like you need a few days of rest - and no, your fitness will not suffer.
yes, alright
Blahs are good, and so is a rest; they make the return to running all the sweeter when you're ready.
Looks like I've read this blog way too late for a beer.
I've missed beer o'clock. Damn!
I managed to pull myself out of my blahh yesterday. Glad to see others are experiencing it as well. Enjoy your rest though - you deserve it.
