that'll learn me

given that my programmed long run was only 1 hour this week i had no qualms going out until 4am last night. between 3 of us we knocked over 4 (5?) bottles of champagne, a bunch of red bulls and then i thought it was a good idea to move onto beer. but it turns out that an hour is actually quite a long time. you'd think i'd remember that after yesterday - but you'd be wrong!!!

anyway battled my way around 2 and a half odd laps of the inside of the centennial park. i didn't have it in me to come up with a creative route :)

very pleased that i have done it now. now back to the couch, cups of tea and my book for the first real weekend day that i have had in 3 weekends now! ahh...

Ellie, I'm very impressed that you managed to put in on the 'morning after', after the 'night before'. It should make that cuppa and relaxing day even more enjoyable.
