yeah...
after a few down days trying to let my knee behave (subtext - also being a bit lazy) I went to spin class at lunch and absolutely smashed it. I LOVED it. My heartrate must have been through the roof and I was breathing very heavy but it felt great. Bit of a relief actually - i keep thinking that I've lost it every time I don't do anything hard in a couple of days. But no - I can still work hard. If only I could do that on the real bike!!!
definitely anaerobic training...
